As a Certified Human Resources Professional, with additional certifications as an HR Generalist and HR Metrics & Dashboarding Specialist, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise to the businesses I support. I am also a proud member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and am authorized to work as an independent contractor.
My journey in Human Resources has shown me something important: many businesses don’t struggle because they don’t care about their people — they struggle because HR often becomes overwhelming, reactive, and disconnected from the human side of running a business.
That’s why I created R.W. Consultancy. I wanted to build a company where HR feels supportive, approachable, and practical — not corporate, cold, or unnecessarily complicated.
